I know this is old but can you pleas tell me how you can spot out the processed from the unprocessed ? I know they label may say processed or unprocessed but I'm saying if without the label how would you know ?
@XxCrazyswirae956xX6 жыл бұрын
Technically unprocessed Shea butter comes in super hard. If you see it in a large enough block, it looks like white chocolate cooking blocks (except more yellow). From a jar it's pretty hard to get out so you have to dig with your finger/nail then massage it into your skin where it finally melts with some warmth. I know the comment is late but if you're still looking for a way to sort of tell what unprocessed Shea butter looks like, there you go

When do you distinguish between when you use you aloe vera mix and you shea butter mix for styling ??
@LiveNaturallyLove10 жыл бұрын
hey love! I depends on what look I'm going for. If i want my braid out to be fluffy with some definition then shea butter, If I want a UTLRA defined braid out aloe vera mix. Also sometimes I want to use gel but don't want the crunch or hard feels so then the aloe comes in! Hope that helps!

Hey Liv, I have 4c hair and I have a good solid regime down, and products my hair likes, I have just recently found a combination and method that killed one of my biggest problems which was moisture. But now I have another problem with breakage, and split ends. I know I have to cut them but how do I prevent them from coming back after my trim? Oh yeah I also keep my hair in a protective style 90% of the time
@LiveNaturallyLove10 жыл бұрын
I would say start adding treatments to your hair! And make sure to incorporate Oregon oil and black Jamaican castor oil these two oils are well known for reducing breakage and preventing split and especially Argan oil. Argan oil is really good for restoring they hear when it comes to split ends and black Jamaican castor oil is amazing for breakage I really hope this helps Bella!

How is the hold with you whipped Shea butter? Do you find that you need a gel or another product for hold?
