on a 49cc engine with an expansion muffler is it better to mount the single spring clutch or 2 springs?

I brought a brand new 49cc engine how do i get it started i put everything together the puller starter won't engage it only comes out a little bit how to unlock the motor

What type of oil I need to put in the transmission? A transmission car oil it's ok?

Transmission gearbox like these are lubricated with grease when shipped. Not sure whats the reason behind but i bet its because airlines dont accept harmful liquid of certain quantity due to safety reasons. You have to check first if your transmission gearbox is properly sealed, else you'll end up wasting the oil and making a mess. Ideal is sae30 but i prefer the synthetic ones cause they last much longer.
