I used to work in a large machine/metal fabrication shop as the supervisor for the fab shop. I made quite a lot of things for my Amateur Radio hobby and for friends. I sit here thinking of all the missed CNC machines and what parts I could fab and machine for our RC stuff, Oh what possibilities. In the time it took to watch your video, I could have fabbed kits for over 100 kits for that trailer. I do not miss work but I do miss those machines!

I like everything except where you put the axles. When building a real trailer you find center of the deck and go forward 6" and thats where you put the center of your axle,axels. Which you would scale down to this trailer

When I first saw the picture of the plate, I was wondering how you managed to get the rounded look. What did you use for the guide markers? I also have a Cajun Commander and I bought 'C' channel aluminum to slide a plank of board into. I'm going to need to get different ones for this one now and get going on both. Have to look back on this, when the time comes, to follow along. And yes that diamond plate does make them fenders look so much better!

Those are big springs inside those white tubes.... not really sure what they were originally intended for but it worked.
