That´s strange. Lugubrious sounds a lot like it is connected to a Dutch word: Luguber. That means something is irky or off in slightly a sinister way. So when he said Debby was looking kind of lugubrious.. I thought, what now?

You're technically correct (I had to do some research though), and he actually defines the word incorrectly at the very end of the video. So as it stands, the title of this video is an incomplete sentence, or doesn't make any sense at all.

The whole thing seems lost to Google but they still found part of it: floccinaucinihilipilification -- The habit of regarding things as worthless. The word I knew also included "sesquipedali-" (a foot and a half long) and polysyllable to make "the habit of using excessively long words to denigrate the value of things", or some such.

Yeah he is deaf and wears hearing aids. A lot of people who are deaf or hard of hearing that wear hearing aids will still have a bit of a different sounding voice because they cannot always hear even with the hearing aids in how their voice sounds.

He is deaf and for obvious reasons it is common for those that are deaf or hard-of-hearing to have speech impediments or slight speech issues. Hearing aids never completely solve the problem we still have issues sometimes hearing the way our voice sounds.
