Sorry, this may seem kind of obvious, but I found that the best way was to just keep repeating that part in practice mode until you have it down

If you’re still having trouble, I finally got my head around it by counting the first 12 notes out in groups of 4. It helps to mentally separate it out into sections, so you develop a general sense of how fast you should be going in each “section”. After the first 12 notes I find that it starts going fast enough that muscle memory can kick in. There’s such a small gap between notes by this point that even if you don’t have the timing exactly right, you tend to fudge it through as long as you hit the right amount of notes.
