Dear A Thorpe, I am really interested by your comment regarding Herbert Peewee Pickard. I have been a fan of Dorothy's music sine the early 70's and was fortunate to have seen her perform three times. I love the songs she wrote in addition to the incredible singing that she and the Harmonnettes did and consider her a genius of American music. Id greatly appreciate it if you would tell me more about Mr Pickard and, especially, about his role in helping to write songs with Dorothy. Thanks so much.

Musician was Herbert Peewee Pickard though somewhat young himself at the time he wrote some of those amazing songs along with Dorthey and also has a long list of music out there himself.A really gifted young man. At the right place at the right time!
