டுவைட் லைமன் மூடி (1837 - 1899): அமெரிக்கர், எளிமையான நற்செய்தியாளர், நலிந்தோரின் நண்பர், சிறுவர்களைக் கவர்ந்திழுந்த ஒரு காந்தம், ஞாயிறு பள்ளி ஆசான். "விசுவாசம் எல்லாவற்றையும் சாத்தியமாக்குகிறது... அன்பு எல்லாவற்றையும் எளிதாக்குகிறது" என்பது இவருடைய மிகப் பிரபலமான ஒரு மேற்கோள். நற்செய்தி அறிவிப்பதற்காகவும், ஞாயிறு பள்ளி நடத்துவதாகவும், மூடி Boot & Shoe என்ற தன் ஆதாயத் தொழிலைக் கைவிட்டார். அவர் அப்போதைய உள்நாட்டுப் போரில் YMCAமூலம் தொழிற்சங்க வீரர்களுடன் பணிபுரிந்தார். சிகாகோவில் அவர் பெரிய நற்செய்தி மையத்தை உருவாக்கினார். அது இன்றும் செயல்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. பிரபல பாடகர் ஐரா சாங்கியும், மூடியும் ஒன்றாகச் சேர்ந்து அமெரிக்காவிலும், இங்கிலாந்திலும் பல இடங்களுக்குச் சென்று நற்செய்தி அறிவித்தார்கள். மூடி பெரும்பாலும் தேவனுடைய அன்பு, இரக்கம், மன்னிப்பு ஆகியவைகளை வலியுறுத்திப் பேசினார். அவர் தன் வசீகரமான பேச்சால் பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கான மக்களை ஈர்த்தார்.

In 1997, by God's grace, I received a Sunday school exam prize - Book of DL Moody but actually I was expecting a Bible/Song book.... so disappointed, I gave the prize to my grandfather. He told, Good book, True Gods Man - DL Moody. You read it he told me. Yet, I didn't. Later i realized the value of the prize, though I lost it. I thought of searching for it in KZbin but accidentally came across this today. Thanks be to God, for His Grace again. Much grace because hearing in Tamil. Many of our Tamilians will be Blessed by this. Many Thanks be to God, also for all vessels used by God for this video. All humans are nothing but clay. God has kept treasure in these clay pots, for His Purpose.
