Dal Tadka Banane ke Ingredients:
Mix Dal - 1/2 cup (moong dal, chilka dal, urad dal, chana dal..)
Water / Pani - 1 1/2 cup
Salt / Namak - as per taste
Turmeric / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter / Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1 tsp
Ginger / Adrak- 1 inch (thin cut)
Green Chili / Hari Mirch - 2 Slits
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - 1 pinch
Onion / Pyaaz - 1
Tomato / Tamatar - 1 large
Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Dried Fengreek Leaves / Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
For Tadka : Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Green Chili / Hari Mirch - 1 (slit)
Kashmiri Red Chili / Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chili - 1

अरे वा भैया। दाल बनाने की विधि देखकर मन प्रसन्न हो गया ।यह बिलकुल ढाबे वालो की तरह ही स्वादिष्ट होगी।वहां बहुत कुछ आर्डर करते है. उसमे प्रथम तो दाल फ्राय ही होती है।ऐसा लग रहा अभी तुरंत सपरिवार जाकर खाएं ।महीनो हो गए बाहर का खाए. पर अब सोल्यूशन मिल गया जल्दी ही घर पर जरूर बनाकर देखेंगे। हमारे यहां तो हींग जीरे के तडके की और लगा तो उसमे कभी कढी पत्ता सूखी लाल मिर्च डालकर टेस्ट बदल लेते हैं. धनिया पत्ती,जीरा खोपरा हरी मिर्च पिसा हुआ तो रोज उसमे होता ही है. प्याज अदरक कसूरी मेथी गरम मसाला डालकर बनते पहली बार देखी। आपकी सहजता ,सरल स्वभाव और ईमानदारी से सिक्रेट बताते हो.और बताई रेसिपी हमेशा सही बनी.लाईक तो करना बनता ही है.पर मन से ही बहुत लाडले जो हो. इसलिए लाखो में स्नेही हो। God bless u.and pl take care.
