It’s a little weird that he was placed so low in the rankings. His elimination was amazing, the only thing it was lacking was crazy new sounds/patterns but id much rather hear a full elimination than forced new sounds.

He had some very good parts, but some patterns he did were really basic, clean though. I agree with it passing 7th or 8th, the only reason u can place him higher is the crowd reaction because they were in japan.

He is still new, the judges probably still kinda adjusting with his style. Maybe in the next tournament they will see how special Momimaru style actually is. It's kinda hard to judge this you know, probably on how weird and how it tricks your brain a little bit, it was so simple yet so good, you can't believe your ear. The beat was basic but yet so perfect in sound, so refined, you can do that but also, you can't really if you know what i'm saying 😂.

No, if you look at the judges rankings there was a big gap from 8th to 9th place. So even if Dlow ranked him considerably lower, he would remain 8th place. I thought the same so I looked into it xD
