Oh, thanks, I got it. Firefox opens it with a quicktime player on default =[ Well, if anyone's as silly as me with the same problem, go to tools->options->applications tab and change firefox to "save file" for mp3's instead of the default "open with quicktime plugin"

It's actually not an anime but a game. It is called TouHou. The original song to this arrangement is Ran Yakumos theme. She's the extra boss from TouHou 7 - Perfect Cherry Blossom. And BTW there are some fans who hate this question because its asked over and over and over again either by people who really don't know it or by trolls. And I hope you belong to the first category because otherwise I would have written this for nothing.....
