Thanks for clarification. I’m planning to do an HD reuploaded this at 200 subs with some edited animation and even additional scene with Kokuma. I’ll have the proper credits then in the vid then. For now I guess I’ll have to do a card of some form to place the edit in.

Probably not super long to be honest. Since most of this video was just me following the audio and visuals of the actual episode, and because I have a hoarding issue I still kept the PMM file, it won’t take a strenuous amount of time to reshoot some things. At this point I’m in a race to finish my current video project and then get the HD version of this episode ready in time before I hit 200 subs...

I have the problem too. I had made a file that was so large that MMD could no longer open the file without immediately crashing. Ever thought about using Blender instead?

Eventually. This I how I got around dealing with large pmm files. What I did was made a separate copy pmm file that still had everything in it motion wise, and then I erased any models in that pmm that I didn't need for specific scenes (like Marisa being yeeted out window). Doing that alleviated of some issues with development taking too long. I've also had that issue you're talking about as well. I remember finding a way to open mine again by going to the pmm file and then using properties to switch the file type to always be opened by MMD. Then Instead of loading up MMD, I just double clicked the file itself and magically it opened fine.
