Bosh played 13 seasons and was an 11x Allstar. He was also the primary defender on Tim Duncan when the heat won that finals series. Kids and stat needs who don't know the game might not respect bosh, but real fans know that this dude was legit.

Bro really 11 time all star. That is mad. Bosh was a beast he got the rebound for Allen’s shot and got that block in the final seconds. He just had to sacrifice to win with Wade and lebron. At one point was a top 5 PF.

I gotta say Bosh was very good but a beast?... idk Avg a double double 3x his entire career, all 3 his 7 years in Toronto. Randle has done it twice in 6 seasons. To me, both are pretty good dare I say very good. At their best regarding impactful winning basketball both are 3rd options

@Bald Eagle that’s not fair. Bosh was drafted to be the man. This is the first time Randle has been asked to really carry the load. Not to mention Bosh missed the playoffs his first 3 years in the league and only made the playoffs twice with the raptors as “the man”. I think it’s fair to give Randle some time and see how he preforms

Whenever Wade and James are resting, Bosh was balling in Miami and even played better as the first option when the big 3 era ended. It saddens me because he was diagnosed with the blood clots while balling out as the first option. Don't disrepect Bosh like that ever again.

I remember 10 years ago, people talking about how CB not being as good as the big men in the 90s. It's been like that always. There's always those who can't get over the past and those who doesn't care about it. Reading the comments, you would think ball players just got worse every generation. People just lack perspective and refuse to try and see things differently. The greats will be greats no matter, and there is no point in comparing players from different periods, other than for trivial amusement.

From 2011-2016, Bosh was the best big in the league, AND best mid range shooter in the league. Every time he shot from mid range it went in. Also was arguably the best defensive big next to Tim Duncan, and you can just go look at his clutch defensive plays in the playoffs.

@@Geeandrezzi He was the third option averaging good numbers behind two goats in LeBron and Wade.. Please tell me which other big in the league had the skillset that Bosh did? Easy buckets in the post, lethal from the mid range, and even got a knock down 3 point shot when he consistently shot them. Along with his defensive versatility being able to not be a liability when switching onto guards because he was laterally quick with good shot blocking ability. Who was the best big in the league then? Bosh was never the focal point of the offense otherwise his numbers would be much better.

As a Raptors fan Chris competed for us during a bad stretch in 2004 when Vince quit and the team floundered. He brought us back to prominence and our first divison title In 2007 with Tj Ford, Garbajosa Anthony Parker, El Mago n Jose. The way he left, missing that layup against New York at the buzzer to miss the playoffs left a bad taste at first but overall never forgot what Chris meant to the Raptors. Salute CB4

Bosh in the triple threat position was deadly. If you bite hes attacking the rim where consistently finished with contact, if you didn't he was hitting the baseline jumper everytime. In 2007-2010 he was an offensive beast. People compare today's inflated stats to guys from the 2000s and don't understand how dumb that is. Most teams did not get 100ppg back then, now everyone scores 115ppg. Jar Jar Bosh got his respect back in the days. Who cares what a newbie says 10 years later. I remember the smooth-ness in his play style, never too physical. Haters call it lack of physical strength, which is true, but he found his game. If he dominated others it was through his height tho. Bosh was never considered one of the 2 best players on the Big3. Had his nights delivering 25pts tho. I vividly remember him celebrating every single block, fans loved those rare beast mode moments, contrasting his usual smooth n quiet game.

bosh was the reason the heats were still a playoff contender after lebron left only one breaking the notion that teams collapse after lebron is gone and putting up 25/10 a night for them before he had to retire due to the blood clots but hes always been an all star caliber player who would of did even better in this space and pace era as he proved he could shoot the 3.

"Chris Bosh took a backseat a lot of the time in Miami" HE TOOK THE BACKSEAT THE ENTIRE TIME IN MIAMI!!!! I am one of the few who thought he would be the best of that big 3 and called him a bust at the time. Looking back on it he was the best of them. Three number one options coming together and right off the bat saying "I'm number 3" is a hall of fame move right there!

Some perspective from a raptors fan. There was a player tournament about who was the best raptor ever. Siakam beat out Bosh. While I am grateful for the "we the north" generation of Raptors fans, they see him as the guy who left TO to play with Wade and James. He's still the leading rebounder and 2nd in points 5 all star appearances; things that aren't mentioned in his narrative.

The reason Bosh gets so much disrespect is partly because he's just underrated plain and simple, but also Bronsexuals have always tried to diminish the help that Bron has had to perpetuate a myth that Bron has had no help. Its sad and particularly Bosh and K Love are 1st ballot HOFers who get called 'trash' too often because of that myth

CB was one of those guys who could take any team till next level just because he sacrificed to play a lesser rule in Miami doesn't discredit the fact that he's a first ballot all the famer and one of the best big men and the first to shoot threes in this league.

Chris Bosh was the 2nd best player of a dynasty....his flexibility in the front court was so huge for those undersized heat teams and how they functioned. 20 and 10 easy while being an underrated defender and the true prototype of the modern day big(I did say 2nd best because beyond the stats bosh was such a very important piece for that undersized defense, there’s no way they would have won with him injured)

@@Thanosdidtherighthing yup he’s the all time guard shot blocker. Still was nowhere near the defender of a heat Lebron tho.
