Brother, I have been playing basketball for about a year . Everything is going well, but I haven't learned the correct shooting form. There were times when I even thought of quitting basketball because I couldn't learn how to shoot. My problem is that I cannot get the strength from my leg, so when I try to shoot with the correct form, I either cannot jump correctly or the ball does not reach the basket. That's why my shooting form is deteriorating. But my mid-range jump shots are very good. Can you give me advice on the correct form and strength of the legs?
