Im getting 4 flashes indicating scroll high temperature but the compressor is isn't over amping. Could the sensor be bad?

Yes, and if there’s no redundancy on the compressor, then it would have to be replaced thus i would replace the module first just in case it’s malfunctioning

I'm having a issue with connector not pulling in no 24v. I have 24v to m1 and m2 goin to compressor. If I jump m1 and m2 the compressor will start. Also if I put 24v to coil connector it'll rn just fine.

Very nice explanation, Will the compressor start if you don't use the t1and t2 or m1 and m2. I changed out a trane compressor to a Copeland and the trane does have the core sense...

My old system ZP182KQE-TFD-477 does not have the Coresense compressor protection and said they don"t make that model anymore, Instead they provided with ZP182KCE-TED with Coresense . (The only difference is these models is the motor protection. TFD has the internal motor protection. TEDhas the newer, updated Coresense module. "F" is internal protection. The "E" is electronic enhanced. How can I wire this?

They have software and all you need is a RS485 converter. You can log into the motor protector and get all sorts of information off it

wasi Ahmed T1 T2 is the power supply terminals, if you don’t connect those then the module is useless!

wasi Ahmed The module will not protect the compressor if t1 and t2 not connected, if you wish to protect compressor apply the appropriate power supply to t1 and t2 (24v or 120/230v make sure correct voltage!) then connect m1 and m2 in series with high and low pressure switches

AAON CF unit had bad discharge thermister . Tech support said I needed 75k resistor in order to bypass it . No shot I had one 🤷🏻‍♂️
