Why can’t the Liebert factory explain it this effectively? These schematics are the worse. Good job, bro.

Had a similar issue, Traced it back to terminal 70 and 71 in the j box at the top of the unit. This is a dry contact for the heat rejection unit. The condenser unit on the roof, was not coming on. The wire that was connected to terminal 70 and 71 was damaged. replaced the cable and code 4

Thank u my brother very nice video. I worked on one of this units and it nearly sucked me in, snagged my visitors neck strap and luckily water safety on pan held it. Yet the safety fell, hit fan and safety shot like a bullet straight in to my eye safety glasses. Luckily I didn’t die

Really good video. 👍 you make schematics fun again. I'm glad it was relatively easy to troubleshoot for you. Plot twist: somebody disabled the overload alarm just to make your job more challenging and see how fast you can do it 😉.

Those are real good, units. One main thing to remember is the internal condensate pump is live from the main unit breaker. Protect yourself by lock/tag power off completely. Thanks for posting video,Sir

My Liebert DS unit like yours has the same alarm “compressor overload 2”. The fuse #2 keeps blowing out. Avery time I start the unit and compressor #2 contactor closes the fuse blows out. If I manually push the compressor contactor the compressor runs and works fine. What do you think makes the fuse blow out all the time. Your help is really appreciated

Wow. You’re the best! I don’t have words to thank you. It was the solenoid valve coil that was causing the short. I really appreciate your help.

You need some crocodile clips mate, then you can atleast clip the black to the case of the unit & free up one hand & you don't have to worry about probes slipping off.Stay safe man, greetings from South Australia.⚡⚡❄️🔥

14:06 Where'd u get those leads?. I keep losing my attachments for converting my leads. I just be extra careful without them or when really necessary I have long needle point insulated leads. But i think yours is pretty cool. Did it come with your meter? Mines a field piece.

Now where do you start troubleshooting? Find fault code. Hop scotch multi-meter to all safety components. Find open: fuse, pressure switchs .etc way to go D2D🤯
