Are you asking about when the controller goes offline when on a control box with anywhere from 2 to 16 units, or an individual system? Two different situations… If from the control box, you can just plug the controller into the individual units which have gone into orphan mode; be sure to remove the Modbus cable, but this is a quick way to check where the failure might be… If the controller works on an individual uni, it is the board in the control box! but, if this is the controller to a Carel board directly, check the cable first, but you probably have a bad board or controller. I program system on a chip prototype, but still wouldn’t try to get more granular than that!
