First set i ever completed🤙🤙 I use the scepter through most of normal. Because of the scaling damage

I really think they should buff the green bonuses or add green bonuses when upgrading these items, I'm happy we can upgrade sets now but the vast majority will still be unused after the runewords start flooding the market during ladder, I do see some metas for some partial piece sets, but to justify the runes used we I think we need an actual incentive to do so. Imagine if the cudgel recieved an additional .5 or 1 point to dmg per level when upgraded to elite, then we would have something a bit more viable for early hell.

I always interested in the weapon. This full set is nice for Undead. Upgrading these sets realizing this recently helps fill in the gaps for Nightmare play thrus. You can see how sad of options you have. Like my Artic set for Normal works great!

It seems so far lots of the older sets are good upgrades to level 2, except Sigon’s. The strength requirement is too much. It stays right where it is untouched.

Civerb's Cudgel is an absolutely outstanding weapon for a low level character. You'll outgrow it soon enough but up until level 15 or so it's about the highest damage weapon a character can use.

wrong ^^ you will not outlevel it in fact i found mine from travincal and at that moment it had so much damage that it easely beat all rare weapons I could find at that moment. The moment i gave it a bye was after I beat Diablo with it and gain the Ribbreaker staff which is a meleeexceptional combat staff. For the price of my shieldslot I gained a perfect weapon to smash anything in normal difficulty with my Zealot paladin but stiil Civerbs beat the hell out of Diablo ;) Of course you will not use any of the other parts of the Set as they are not worth the slot and any exceptional unique will be better but finding them is another story ;)

The Oculus saves me an uncountable number of times but there’s always that random time it kills me! I got used to it so when I upgraded to the HOTO I got killed twice lol! I put my Isted Oculus back on. If I ever find Death’s Fathom I will try to switch again!

The Weapon upgrading once and adding 15 IAS 40 Ed would help this weapon tons.

Civerb's Cudgel is my weapon of choice for leveling melee characters, specially due to the scaling damage in the scepter. Add an Angelic Set, Manald Heal for mana leech and full Sigon's (may eschew the shield in dual-wield setups) and the character will plow through Normal and early-mid Nightmare

Considering you straight up get free ancient's pledge runes in act 5, three times, the shield becomes useless before you even get to NM.

Ancient's Pledge is just resistances though. If you already solved your resistance issues via other methods, it could work for a while. Civerbs has other issues though

I think videos for items with stats/level should be done with an appropriate level character, so that people get a better idea of the stats. A level 9 character won't have 8-140 damage.
