I happen to have one of these. Damn handy it is. Wish I could find one good for like 30-40 Amps . Would work most well on my Wind Turbine set up.

I love these buck/boost or either video's AC-DC and DC-DC with more current, 6 amp isn't much when trying to power audio boards

More current would be great! I wouldn't use a switch mode PSU for Audio. I'm stuck in the 80's with my QUAD 405 II with its massive linear block!

THx for the walkthrough.. just purchased one, a tad over 13bucks with delivery, though a shame you did not plug it up to your Rigolscope and displayed if it was loyal or one noisy fellow.

Neat buck/boost power board, I'll remember this if I need such a thing. Cheers. Something that would be right up your review street would be the Mustool UD18, a cheap puck-shaped 3.6v-32v power meter that does USB 3, USB-C & barrel connection monitoring, with memory so you could record how much energy goes into/out of powerbank for example & not lose the count when it powers off, or power it from micro USB so it doesn't draw power from what it's monitoring. The bluetooth feature is pretty neat so you can monitor it from your phone with the free app, easily take snapshots. The + & - connections of each monitoring plug/socket are wired together so you can plug it into USB and get 5V out of the barrel connector, but use that feature with caution since you can plug 12v into the barrel socket and USB outputs 12v.

I have removed the spam comments and reported them. This is becoming more irritating, I don't know why KZbin doesn't clamp down on this abuse more. Channels with apparently thousands of subscribers but no content and change their name every day cannot be right!

@1nformatica I first became alerted to this issue by an Aussie quadcopter KZbinr xjet with his video "Who is Tom and why is he commenting on so many KZbin videos?" and since then I've been spotting more and more of those bots with hacked accounts. Feels like KZbin don't care about you unless you have hundreds of thousands/millions of subscribers, last year I discovered someone had 'pinched' my kzbin.info url I'd been telling people for years and the only way I could contact KZbin to complain was through Twitter! My pleas fell on deaf ears, at least I still have my kzbin.info URL. Don't let those bots get to you, I'm looking forward to more interesting videos :)
