I don’t think that this is a police issue. This is a political issue that starts with Denver’s Mayor and city Council and runs up to the statehouse and onto the governor’s mansion. All of this lot care more about the alleged criminals than the victims of the crime. The police don’t make or change laws. Politicians do.
