ingredients:
soak 2cups channa daal
then boil
in a pan add 1medium size onion chopped, tomatoes 3chopped 1tbsp ginger garlic paste add spices like salt, red chillies, corriander powder, haldi powder and boil.
Grind the boil mixture
add oil in a pan and the mixture
now cook till the oil separate. then add daal in it and fry it in masla.
add a half glass of water and cook the daal on a medium flame or untill little water is left.
last add tarka of butter and zeera to the daal.
garnish it with corriander and green chillies.
