Trike withMike Texas put me on to Da Brim, I am the guy that wears it backwards to get maximum shade on my face. I ride a Catrike Expedition so I am a little more laid back than most and the back of my neck is more naturally covered by my head. As anyone who has had skin cancer will tell you repeated long sun exposure on a five hour rides is asking for a Mohls surgeon to carve a hole in your face. Think about it.

Very interesting! Just one doubt, since I live in a hot climate (the south of Spain); would you say it obstructs the natural ventilation and thus make the brim less suitable in very hot weather?

I was in Spain a few months back. I had a cruise there. I made some videos if you go to my not trike related playlist. Texas is just as hot. The vents in the helmet are basically unaffected.
