Thank you all for listening to my story. Even the people who left negative comments. The hatred you have for me only fuels my motivation to become smarter, stronger and better than you. For all undocumented people watching this video, keep fighting, keep working, keep moving up. Because they need to know, this is our country now. -JJ

Javier Juarez democrats are just using you for votes! Americans have been VERY generous. Can we go demand welfare from your country of origin? Can we demand to vote? Can I go to YOUR country and burn your flag while waving mine? The tax payers of America were promised border security under Reagan with the first amnesty, we were lied to! Kate Steinle was MURDERED by an illegal alien who was a multi time felon. Americans are tired of being abused! Sorry you’re NOT the victim WE are!!!!

Javier Juarez if this really is you I want to commend you for the good talk you gave. Some people simply don’t understand that the process to “get your papers” is so twisted and difficult completely biased towards rich people or those with connections. I’ve known people that waited decades for something but it never came. Many have fled the same circumstances you did: cartels, gangs, monthly quotas (especially for those with a prospering businesses), prostitution etc. I’ve heard it all. It’s easy for everyone who doesn’t get it to say “go back and find a good job and prosper back where you came from” but it’s not that simple. People get punished for that by getting kidnapped or “offered protection” which is really convincing you to pay them not to assault you. Yes their parents made a conscious choice to commit a felony but if the process to cross legally was not so complicated or expensive it would actually help the economy. That is all I have to say on the matter, I have no desire to enter a bottomless debate because I have also seen every argument under the sun.

It's not hatred. It's frustration. Many of the arguments made against illegal immigration and DACA are valid. For example the argument that American citizens could not get the benefits illegals get in the US if they were to immigrate illegally to another country. Also, illegals often get benefits that Americans can't get. I can think of at least two examples.

XxAirbornexX When I made my comment, I was referring to, the illegal alien speaker above. Apparently with all of the education that our country have given him, he's still not bright enough to know that he is an ILLEGAL ALIEN, NOT undocumented, NOT a Daca recipient, and certainly NOT a dreamer!!! This Illegal Alien speaker, stated that he is attending Brown University. With all of the education that he has received through the American Citizens, he should be educated enough to know that there is definitely a difference between a piece of paper that he mentioned twice in his speech "I don't need a piece of paper to tell me that I'm not " and then he stated that comment again, later on during his speech "I'm not going to let one piece of paper, hold me back of what I really want to do " This Illegal alien stated that he wants to be an immigration attorney! Well, the first law that he needs to learn and abide by is IT IS WRONG TO VIOLATE A NATIONS BORDERS AND TRANSGRESS ITS IMMIGRATION LAWS!!!!

@@celiaespinoza8413 This is gotta be the most moronic comment in this thread lol. Firstly, DACA does not provide a path to citizenship, it is only a work authorization permit. Secondly, can't you realize he was brought when he was a child? He had no other option but to come to this country. Certainly, it is not his fault. And while it is true that he came illegally to this country, he is also a role model for many Americans in the current society. It is precisely people such as you're self that makes this beautiful country more divided. Don't be fooled by-laws. We are abiding law Americans but there are laws that shouldn't exist. Do you not remember Jim Crow Laws? Segregation? or Slavery? Did you learn anything in History? If yes, then you also should know America was stolen by the Europeans and the lawful residents of these lands were stripped off from their lands. But I guess its all good now because that happened many years ago....well guess what? Karma is a b***. There are over 10 million illegal aliens in this country. Deporting them will cause a major economic impact on the US economy.

I don't think people with DACA are horrible people. In fact they are innocent . But sadly they are in a difficult situation in where because of their parents or whoever brought them here they are in fact criminals. That is the fact. I personally blame his father and the adults of all the dreamers because they ruined the future of there children. They say that " they came for a better future", but by breaking and ignoring the law of the country you are coming too ( that you are not a citizen too) is not respecting and truthfully a very horrible thing to do. These parents/adults took advantage of their situation and only "though of themselves" ( make money, sent money back home, build there houses in there country etc.). That is why I have a very difficult time in accepting and supporting people who have broken the law and sadly these "innocent adults" ( they are no longer children anymore) are the consequences that we here, in America have to deal with, now. So I wonder who should be punished? These DACA people also don't realize that they are also causing a danger of removal of other immigration programs.... so I'm sorry to say but DACA people always say" that they are good people and hard workers, blah blah etc." so do the right thing DACA people and show us and the adults that brought you here and be the example by going back and then come to America the legal way. Many people have done it, so you guys can too. Many of you like this DACA person (above) have attended good universities, so you guys have the brains to understand the laws and respect the laws..... no excuses....

I wonder why Obama didn't fight to keep this in office. I researching DACA, I am from AZ and have never met a DACA recipient. They may never say they are so, I am truly trying to understand this. I wondered if this young man worked under a work or student visa? Why are they so fearful? Trump tried something but Congress turned it down. Why did the Democrats turn down what Trump offered?

Chobitlove02-There is no entitlement. If you come into this country, you need to do it legally. We had no Sanctuary Cities before this mess. We do not have open borders and if you overstay your visa and not bother to renew it, then out you go. I have American Indian heritage and I agree with another comment on here that we need to support people who our country has ignored for a long long time instead of people who broke the law in entering this country. We cannot continue to support the whole world or our country will no longer be a safe place and we will end up like the countries people are trying to escape from. I have an idea. How about protesting in your own country and make changes there. Hispanics are normally the ones who are protesting and who are complaining about our laws and who break them.
