I enjoyed this but a lot of the products have been out for ages and aren't new anymore. I know comments are important for engagement and the algorithm but I've seen questions about products missed out and shades etc, and you don't seem to respond or engage. It's obviously not expected that creators respond to every question/comment, but it doesn't seem great to repeatedly ask for comments then not respond/engage. the PH products are supppppper gimmicky. remember how lipstick queen would do all those fun colored lipsticks (like ones that were blue but went on mauve, green went on pink, etc)? the founder did an interview awhile back explaining how those products work - it’s actually just a sheer (pink/coral/mauve) pigment that goes in clear & it’s activated by heat upon application. bc it’s sheer it “looks different on everyone” to make it seem like it’s adjusting to fit you. it actually has nothing to do with your PH
