I have to remember this man. I was a single mom, I worked 7 days a week to pay for him to go to Christian school, summer camps every year for 2 months at a time, vacations, braces, sports, and other activities. We have a duty to raise our children to the best of our ability providing them with food, shelter, clothing, education and good morals. I hope that this young, criminal man was parented well from his birth. Was the "tree" bent from it was young? Was he provided with a stable, loving, disciplined home? While the father was living his life of crime, what was the example he was setting for his son? Let this be a teaching moment for all of us.
