Psy is so much fun. Psy + BTS = explosive hilarity. They really looked up to him as the 1st to make any real dent in the western market... So, for Suga to get to write, produce, and perform with him as part of Psy post-pandemic comeback with "That, That" was a highlight for him. Psy even mentioned that at first, Suga's work ethic scared him because when he's in the zone, Suga forgets to eat. Then he learned it wasn't intentional or some eating disorder. It's just how focused Suga can be. 💜

This "RunBTS" Karaoke episode is one of my all-time favorites. They all perform that day. I literally was sick from laughing. They even have another Karaoke afternoon performance that is just as funny! You do understand singing Karaoke is so very fun for them. They can be little kids again playing freely. No audience to impress. They don't have to sing precise notes. They don't have to dance in sync perfectly. They can just let go. They don't have to wear make-up. They don't have to wear costumes. They don't have hours and hours of rehearsals. No tech or lighting or cue run throughs. No one to judge or critique them. And they can be as silly as they want to. However, there is one thing that isn't normal. Can you guess what that is? Think. Think. If the boys were holding the cameras facing the other way you would see many many video people. And photographers. And managers. And staff. And a lighting and sound and tech crew. I already told you they work 360 days a year. Every minute every hour they are being filmed and photographed and documented. So they are at work. They are playing at work. But what if you were tired and grumpy that day and didn't want to play? They still have to act happy and play. It's their job!!! Even when they go on official BTS vacations. They film them getting into bed. And when they wake up they have a whole crew filming them waking up. Not kidding. To me that crosses the line. It's so intrusive. But that is what their idol life has been like. Don't you know they loved their freedom when they decided to finally take a break?! No waking up to photographers. When you watch "Bon Voyage" you'll understand. And no filming of them during their military training. And they have guys in their units they can actually befriend as lifelong friends. Normalcy! So we love watching them. But they sacrificed their whole lives during their Prime years to perform for us!!! So now you understand the "Venom" the boys spit out in their solo albums songs. They had had enough! And enough is enough! It really threatened their well-being. But now they are thriving. I pray to God that their new contract doesn't require them to work so many days. And they can take breaks. And they won't be filmed getting in and out of bed surrounded by a crew!!!

1:26 At big events with other groups, our guys like to "dance like nobody is watching". But they know EVERYONE is watching, and that energizes them even more, lol. I love the way SUGA's face shows such delight as he watches the maknaes on so many occasions. Edit: And then I came to V and SUGA singing karaoke! V is the definition of seriously funny. When they were on stage with Psy at some award show, V was in black leather pants and a red shirt, they had a ball being backup dancers for Psy. They truly love and adore him. Suga wrote That That for Psy - who was surprised and it made him shy. He was shocked Suga was willing to participate in any part of the song, video and loved he also wanted to show up for the concert. Psy's a good man.

Oh my....U Can't Touch This....the number of times I have embarrassed my kids when that comes on in a store. You can NOT do that one without doing the "Hammer Dance"! LOL Soon enough...one by one, little by little...the kids actually started joining in when we'd hear it! I love my babies, but...damn...I really don't know where half of them got their (lack of) dancing abilities from. That must be their dad coming through. LMAO Youngest and middle definitely take after me at least! (I was a club kid since before I was technically legal to go to clubs. But that's our little secret. SHHHH LOL Never got into the drinking aspect, wouldn't go to bars - their "dance floors" were too small...but clubs? If it was open, I was there!)
