Epiphany and Save Me brought grooves which got me hooked to BTS after the lyrics of Black Swan was sent to me by a friend in the US. That was 1 month before release of Dynamite in 2020. And, this specific performance of Jimin in Serendipity is the song that impressed me a lot so much so that Jimin instantly becam my bias. Yet, all of the other 6 members have remained bias wreckers to date for all 7 BTS boys are just amazingly good people. BTS songs are all better to listen to in BTS live performances. BTS are destined to do live performances. It is very rare to experience genuinely nice people in the pop-music industry like BTS which remind us of good hearted people like Michael Jackson and Aretha Franklin. Kudos to BTSxARMY El President, RM! 💜 Not to mention his conversation with Jimin, which is peaked to no. 1 trending to date, RM is the man! And, next week our beloved WWH Jin is going out!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Thank you for doing both. My absolutely favourite Jimin live performance. People always get taken aback when they see live after watching mv. They expect soft, cute live stage but end up blushing instead. You are right. it's a very sensous caressing performance. No one can duplicate this performance. He is elegance personified. Brian Puspos choreographed most of this but he said Jimin put his own stamp on it with the delicate hand movements. There was one performance of this where the bubble wouldn’t release. A stage hand was just creeping on to help when it worked and all was well.

As you specially went back to "gift us" Jimin's abs, I wanted to share what it used to be like and why flashes like that hit harder. We came to learn that our boys were actually shy in many areas and weren't that comfortable showing "skin". This led to YEARS of them covering up so much that flashes/sightings of usually unseen areas would result in explosions of notifications throughout Twitter and the rest of the fandom. Thus, a sighting of forehead, forearm, collarbone (omg!), was a HUGE deal, similar to the Victorian age when showing ankle was risqué. Now we have Chapter Two, The Skin era, lol, and it might be hard for Pandemic and later era ARMY to imagine those times. It's as difficult to describe as trying to define Jimin's duality of cutie, sexy, lovely, sweet guy, demon, stage commander. I'm a bit in the weeds here, but I was just wanting to address that it's more than a simple thing of horny screams for flashing abs (& at 53, the "knowing" assumption is nearly as irksome as the assumption that it's "that time of the month" given with a smirk and at every part of the cycle) *Edit: Thanks for reacting to the live shows. Did you see his legendary NEVERMIND Tatoo (inspired from SUGA’s NEVERMIND) also I hope you can appreciate how precise his dancing is from performance to performance as the cuts from the stage mix are essentially seamless 💜 BTS will occasionally stop singing to show that they are in fact singing live. Jimin did that a couple of times. Lastly, that choreo is based on Brian Puspo’s choreo (he was one of JK’s main dancers for his Golden Album promotions - the Filipino guy in front w JK). Brian said Jimin made it even more difficult and beautiful 💜

What Jimin loved about this song is that it is when he first really tried exploring different nuances of his voice and WOW did he nail it! What the stage mix truly highlights is how precise he is with his movements that you can synch up and splice them together like that. There's a reaction video from the guy that choreographed this and another... Butterfly I think and it's really cool to see him talk about it. He didn't even know who it was for at first.
