Sorry to hear Ian Lavender passed away. Pike was my second favourite character after Mainwaring. Rest in peace. One of the best comedies ever produced.

You don't need to be a Weatherman, to know there's money blowing in the wind...just too lovely for words.

This may be the best written episode. There are real belly laugh lines in this one. Godfreys mattress line really cracks me up. Its really subtle but beautifully acted

I love the way Mannering politely tips his hat to Wendy Richards after she's told him off.

I like the part when mainwaring tells Elizabeth "no of course they won't get drunk and smash the house up, my men are not hooligans".

I know it’s a big call, but I think this is one of the funniest episodes!
