My family would eat something similar growing up! This looks a lot like the salt and pepper shrimp we'd eat (except without the heads on haha!) Thank you all for another delicious recipe and hope you had a great Thanksgiving :)
What impeccable timing! I saw we still had some shrimp in our freezer and was wondering what to do with it for the past 2 days. I feel like the universe wants to tell me something, lol

If you are going to open the shrimp through the back, you can devein the shrimp afterwards... It is a lot more efficient and you will leave a lot less in.
Daddy Lau can u make your own version of under bridge spicy crab and shrimp or typhoon shelter crab or shrimp, plsssss
@TM-qj4yr2 жыл бұрын
You can purchase the shrimp as the only ingredient but it’s not guaranteed that they are not farmed shrimp. USA certainly carry all types of cheaper products. The Vietnamese shrimp we purchase in Canada does not contain anything else in the shrimp.

Ok, so this looks so yummy, but will it have the flavors if I have to peel it after cooking it? The shell of shrimp, just like soft shell crabs gets caught in my throat. I want to make this, but if the flavor isn't there because I had to peel it I'm not going to like it.

Should be Garlic Powder... Way too much salt IMO
@G7146302 жыл бұрын
It should be kg/pcs for shell on, lb/pcs for shell off, head on should applied the same counting way of shell on, otherwise 26-30pcs per lb will be very small. BYW 1kg shell on after removing shell=1lb/same pcs.
@cloudyboy17562 жыл бұрын
Wait how did he devein it like that?
