Watching this helps me step up my B game. I got this! Thanks so much! I also like how you take the wooden kabo stick and point to the ingredients; It has a school age nostalgic feel. I love it great teacher.

I love that jollof rice. The patchment paper did trap a lot of water. The rice is so red and the sweet pepper added a nice color.

Jollof Rice Hot, Jollof Rice Cold, Jollof Rice in a Pot Nine Days Old.. Lol. Sister Dada, how long have you been cooking, when did you start cooking? Thanks.

Lol! To he honest I started cooking when i was 17 years old when my grandmother died. She thought me how to cook , but she never let me prepare the meal. All i use to do is help with peeling the onions, potatoes, blending the pepper 🌶 and wash the dishes afterwards. I just observed and learned that way. My love for cooking began since i was a little girl. When she passed, i had no choice but to start cooking for myself and practice all that lesson in my cooking. Then it became more and more interesting when i came to the states and had a child make me love it even more because i now know i have a child to feed. Who is now 17 years old. Lol!
