Yes I did mentioned Corn Beef instead of Spam. That was a mistake on my end. Sorry everyone for the confusion. You can use spam made with chicken as well or any canned meat of your choice.

My favorite African dish. My Nigerian friend taught me to make Jollof rice. Never tried it with the spam though but I’m sure it is just as tasty.

Thank you for a fast version of Jollof Rice for busy days😊 But I have to express my confusion about the meat, you use. You call it corned beef, but in the video, you use Spam, which is pork. So there is a slight difference. Especially for those, who don't eat pork/ham. Corned beef (salted and preserved beef) is a British invention and Spam (Salted Pork and Ham) is from the USA. In the Gambia I have seen that canned chicken from the middle east is now very common in stead of corned beef. That is also what is most commonly available where I am in Scandinavia. I have never seen Spam here. And rarely I see Corned Beef. So I think, I will try ypur delicious jollof rice with the canned chicken.😊

Love this lady. "Found a carrot in my fridge not doing anything..." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Trust me, it's a lot more worrying when your carrots are up to mischief in the fridge.
