Hi, like many in the thread I am Ghanaian & our way of making Peanut/Groundnut soup is slightly different but I must say that I very much liked your method as it is simple and straight forward & looked very delicious. P.S also, I've never had it with couscous, as we in Ghana traditionally eat it with "Rice Balls" or "Fufu" but can be eaten with a host of things, I like it with Yam also, the options are many as its such a versatile soup enjoyed by many nations in their various forms.
