She just confirmed the adultery. A man cannot marry statutorily if he has filed a divorce. He cannot even date at least to the knowledge of his wife even if he has filed for dissolution of the marriage because the wife can counter-petition and join the person he has an affair with before the dissolution is granted by the court. She is just being ignorant. My guess is she was having an affair with Mr. Freeze and decided to file for divorce but the ex knowing of the affair with freeze counter petitioned and cited Mr Freeze for adultery in seeking why the dissolution should be made on his own ground rather than her reason for seeking the divorce. A counter is treated as a separate case and from the judgement the court believed the ex ground and disbelief hers. I know there has to be a counter petition because she could not have filed for dissolution and joined Mr. Freeze . As I said she just confirmed the adultery and she is seeking cheap sympathy to whip up sentiments about what a and a woman can and cannot do during the pendency of a pending dissolution of marriage. How awful
