Soul Reapers using Japanese with their moves, Hollows or more especially the Arrancar tend to use Spanish with their moves while Quincy's usually use German with their moves. The author decided to base it like that, the music gets epic.

They actually didn't animate an important scene from the manga. After Ichigo defeated Grand Fisher in episode 9 we could see it transforming in this other dimension. They used that material for episode 110 but changed it a little bit. In the manga you can see how it's mask gets cracked open by an character that will appear later. So technically we would have seen an Arrancar in episode 9.

Ryuken's hair being brown/black in the flashback was an error from the animation team, it was white in the manga during the same flashback.

Now you'll know why Ichigo leveled up so quick during the soul society arc and if you'll wondering why everyone in the SS could not recognise Ichigo by his last name is because his dad took the last name of his mom. The flash back of his parents history will be animated in the final arc and trust me it's going to be one of the best flashbacks in this show.

The Bleach anime has a tendency to mess up/color things wrong (like, Rangiku is actually blonde in the manga). So you guys are right that Uryuu's dad had dark hair earlier in the anime. It was a mistake

That's usually the case. A communication error between the author and animation studio. It's the same thing happened to Dragon Ball with Bulma's and Trunks' hair being purple and later blue.
