1. What is PR ?Permanent Residency
2. I have no idea on how to get an Australian Permanent Residency?

3. Can a person above 45 years apply for 189, 190 or 491 visas? No
4. Can a person receive a PR visa after passing 45 years of age?
Yes. If the person lodges a visa application before turning 45.
Yes. If they have a 491 TR (Temporary Resident) visa then they can apply for PR after 45
5. How many months will it take to get 190 visa and 491 visa? Please refer to the immi website for processing times.
6. What do you think about the 190 or 491 processing time?
It will come down to 1 year within a year (this is a predication, I can be wrong)
7. Do I need a job offer to get state sponsorship?
Currently Most states do not require a job offer to issue 190 and 491. Job offer is plus.
8. Is there a show money requirement for Skill Visas like 189, 190 and 491.
No. Generally you don’t need this. Most of the states do not request this. Except NT has a wealth requirement
9. How to check what visas are available for my occupation?

10. Do I need an agent to complete the Australian PR visa process?
No you dont need. You can complete each and every step. However, It is recommended that you get the help of a registered migration agent or a lawyer.
11. Does Daddy 360 provide visa services?
No we don't and we don’t advise as we are not a registered migration agent. We are sharing information with people with the only intention of building awareness about the life in Australia that many people could enjoy, that may be eligible, but may not aware about it.
12. How to know agents are registered?
Ask for their MARA number and then search for that number in the Australian registry. All information should appear.
13. EOI vs Visa application, what is the difference?
Lodging an EOI is not a visa lodgement
EOI - Expression of Interest - As the name suggests, it is you informing The Australian governments and States that you would like to migrate to Australia. Visa application is lodged only after your receive an invitation to apply from govt
14. To lodge an EOI how many points we should get buy ourselves for 189, 190 or 491

15. What is a nominated occupation? ANZSCO code? It is the occupation that you need to pick based on your Education and work Experience to start your Australian PR journey. ANZSCO is a unique code to identify occupations in NZ and Aus.
16. Do I need to have the exact title in my job as the nominated occupation?
No. But your tasks carried out should be tasks defined under nominated occupation for migration. Watch Skill Assessment video
17. What do I need to include in your employer reference letter?
Tasks mentioned in the fact sheet of your Nominated occupation
18. Do I need to have post qualifying experience to get a skills assessment?
Please check with your skills assessment authority.
19. I'm a Fresh graduate (bachelors) can I apply for a skilled visa?
Most probably not
20. I don't have 3 years work experience to claim points for experience in the points test? Can I migrate?
Yes you may have a chance if you can get a skills assessment for your occupation
21. How to find my Skills assessment Authority?

22. Can I apply for a skills assessment by myself ?
Yes you can. However, If an agent is recommended especailly if you are not sure about the process
23. What do I need to submit for a skills assessment?
Depends on the occupation. Please check in your assessment authority website
24. I dont have an EPF/ETF record. Can I get a skills assessment?
Most probably you can. Eg. If Vetassess is your authority and if you have a general occupation. You can submit either salary slips/ bank statement/ EPF, ETF documents (only one is required) . So without EPF it's possible. Please check in the website of your assessment authority
25. Can you get an assessment for two occupations?
You may be able to if you're applying for two assessing authorities. Some people have done it. I have no experience in this. Who would want to do this anyway?
26. Can I claim points for work period after skills assessment?
Yes you can. But u need to submit all the documents for that period in your visa application.
27. Can I change my job after a skills assessment?
Yes

29. Do you need English test results for Skills Assessment?
For most of the occupations this is not required.
However, for some it’s required
Eg: Teachers, Accountants, Nurses IELTS is required.
30. Is it mandatory to do IELTS or PTE for these visas? Yes. Unless you have passport from USA, UK, Canada or Ireland

If applying online, you'll need to upload and submit high quality colour scans of proof of identity, qualification and employment documents. Engineers can get a skills assessment without experience but u need to get the assessment for employment also. From what I know u need minimum one yr

Aiya, How they select EOI s to send invitation? Which areas they are giving preferences? For work experience or English or Education qualification or for what? Why I asking this question is that I have heard that they are sending invitation not for those who have highest points...

correct 190 and 491 is at the discretion of the states. They look at English score as a priority. So those who got superior english can get invited fast. Then they look at partner contribution whether partner has a skill assessment. Then they look at partner english. Then they will look at points. End of the day they look at couple who both could fit in to the job market very quickly.

Both have good chances of getting invitation. If you can get 5+ years letter as cook then you can get 10 points in the points system. Other than that both professions should get the invitations as both are in demand. You may b able to get chef visa earlier than cook. But this is just a prediction

If I get an invitation for 189/190, will I have to stay single until my visa is granted?
