(1)I have some clarification about the 491 income, according to the visa condition, this amount should be calendar 12 months (Jan -Dec) ? or the Australian financial year ( June -July) / (2) If we got offered ( 108000$) and visa grant after 6 months of the financial year (2023) and start work in regional for 2nd half of the year and earn ( 54000$ ) can we claimed 2023/2024 as a tax payable year for 191 visa eligibility? Hope my question is clear to you.

Please find the answers 1. It’s the Australian financial year July - June 2. Your income recorded during the period you lived in the regional area counts. For the second point you need to consult an accountant to determine your income for the applicable year
