Corsa C and Combos always have a wet carpet problem as they get older. If it's the drivers side it's the sealant round the brake servo as it goes through the bulk head,if it's the passengers side,it's the felt seal on the electoral box where the main loom exits under the front scuttle,a pig to get all the way round to seal it. Great vid as always,ps toothpaste works on cloudy headlights too.

regarding the water leak i agree i have a 05 corsa and both leaks was what you said on my car a pain but did both jobs in about 4 hours i did remove the servo too get easier access

Hi Chris , wow I wish I had a forklift ... there's me thinking it was just for lifting and moving pallets ...parts ....indefinite uses in the strugglers yard. I love the fun and giggles in your place ... repairs and kronenberg for fluids! I think most work places would work a bit happier .... especially on Monday ! The heat gun trick didn't work for me and it went back to icey after a month. The WD trick is great for MOT pass but soon fades but saves 30mins polishing .... I did my mrs leak on corsa bit of a pain , I had scuttle out, servo remove plate clean old sealer reseal with tiger seal .

Corsa c are notorious for worn rack ends. Not usually the rack. The leak will be the brake servo bulkhead plate. Dig out the old sealant and re seal. Fuse box leaks on the N/S too. Fellow Corsa owner.

The thread on the trackrods is a metric fine pitch thread, M12x1.5 if I remember correctly.

Brave servo seal in the skuttle panel, whip the wiper linkage out, clean it and bang a load of silicon around it
