These dads are absolutely wonderful. Hoping this spreads like a wildfire and more dads will do this in their community's. I'm a single mom, doesn't offend me at all that these men say they have more effect on these types of situations than moms do. God bless each and everyone of them.

Fathers are needed in the family. It’s a shame that in the 60’s the welfare program discouraged marriage and rewarded women w assistance only if the FATHER was not present! And this is now the fruits of that policy. God Bless these men. Praying for our all our fathers who are there for their children and wives. ❤️✝️🙏🏼😊

Nothing will hold back a young male quite like the presence of a larger older male around. Every classroom needs that large dominate male presence to keep the younger ones behaving appropriately. Every school needs this program!

What we need are more male teachers in K thru 12. Too many women teaching our children which shews their perceptions and personal expectations.
@bey6303 жыл бұрын
I’ve had plenty of make teachers only a few were “strong” men and they changed my life for the better fitness wise. The other men only made me realize college makes some weird people
@Joyride373 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s a double edged sword. Obviously there are strong women role models in teachers but with an over representation it reinforces the stereotype that teaching is female only. And then Men don’t get to be in important caretaker roles shaping children’s perceptions and future. Some children who don’t have good or stable male relatives in their lives may have a harder time trusting other men when they’re grown, or don’t get good guidance on what’s expected of them as adult men (if they grow to be adult men) or what positive behaviors to expect from adult men. You need a balance of both 👍🏼

So much female energy in schools! This is why America’s school system is failing!
@Joyride373 жыл бұрын
@@retsej515 I think it’s more systemic than that. Like the rot is from the top due to policies that prioritize profit, standardized testing, and how good graphs look over actual education, children’s livelihood, cutting needed curriculums, nutritious food (which is linked in studies to better behavior), etc. But that also ends up linking to non-school related systemic poverty (which is can be correlated to unstable households or increase of crime) and overall lack of funding in some regions, which is also out of individuals hands. Id caution blaming the root cause on an entire sect of teachers and their gender when the reality is everyone is trapped in different levels of multiple institution failure

Awesome and I love that it contributes to challenging the usual stereotypes about Black men. We know they are there but it is great that more people can learn there are awesome men and fathers too. Perhaps this can replace someone thoughts when they share a public space with someone.
