Perinatal mental health problems affect both parents. Working in partnership with Formed Films, we have produced a new short animated awareness raising film for dads which we hope will be shared far and wide. This version includes subtitles.

Like the practical, non-patronizing tone of this. Encourages men to step past the "be strong" default that many of us operate by, and acknowledges that family life isn't always like the cornflake ads.
