For all my workout dads out there, this is for you. I made the decision to stop going to gyms from here on and invested in PRx. Still a rookie are home gym gear but, it's been a great start. Happy to say I've added 10lbs to my max for bench, squat and deadlift. Cleans are still a work in progress. Links for everything in the description.

Awesome intro! I even went back and watched it again. You always have amazingly well done videos (I know you do it professionally too, but it's still really good!), but this one really displayed some great cinematography!

This is hysterical. I was just watching vids of home gyms setups and Dad Verb pops up. I am part of the Father Figured (check out Andew's course!) and autoplay brought me here. Now I have ammo to buy this. Ran to my wife and said, "Andrew has a home gym!" Looks like I got the seal of approval LOL!

The intro was awesome. You should definitely vlog about how you manage being a dad, but also staying in shape too!. I have been eyeing the PRX profile, but my ceiling is too low so I'll have to get the Murphy rack. Have you figured out the heating solution? I have to wake up pretty early to get my full session in so it's pretty chilly in my garage.

Nice review. Seeing that you're familiar with both PRX and Rogue, what made you chose PRX's space saving rack vs. one of Rogue's racks that can can fold inward & outward (e.g. Rogue RML-3W)? Thanks!

How is the rig in regards to high momentum movements like bar muscle ups, butterfly pull-ups and kipping toes to bar? Does it move around a lot or is it pretty solid and sturdy?
@ktjohnson723 жыл бұрын
I have the kipping bar - it's pretty solid. Obviously if you move side to side there's a little movement, but that means you're doing it wrong then ha.

Really interested in PRX, how low can the spotter arms go? One of the things i was concerned about was not having that west side spacing like on Rogue’s SML line. But i do like the space saving aspect of PRX
