While alto2 really stole the show, I will say from experience the soprano2 parts for this are difficult to enunciate without losing breath or momentum. Would’ve loved to hear these three with someone to cover tenor! Haide, Catherine, David, y’all did great!

I disagree for this song. It needs a darker sound (my honors choir performed it the other year). The song is describing how satan comes unto people and it has a very dark theme. Think a hermit in a cave chanting this. Personally, I think she did a very good job.

+Nick Elliott no she's right. If you want a darker tone opening the soft pallet is the only way to control the tone and bring it forward. The diction she used for this song is too light and lacking in resonance. I'm sure she can do it that way but considering they were recording in a car just for fun she just didn't think of it.

Soprano isn't lifting her face up, or giving enough expression; makes her pronunciation weak. Alto, on the other hand, HO DAMN! LOVE it, especially towards the end!
