ah i see sorry to hear you suffer with that too I only know it a thing because my friend/ex roommate has it herself, she would faint a lot, i had to ban her from cooking while she was home alone because she would faint while the stove was on and nearly set the apartment on fire as a result multiple times, bless her i can definitely give it a shot but i'll do some research first to see if there's any techniques that would be useful to include, the only one im aware of is apparently lifting yourself up via your tiptoes during an episode is supposed to help somehow, idk where i read that tho so its questionable how true that is xd
