Do you prechill them before planting? What month do you prechill and what month do you start planting them? They look 😍. I'm in Norcal and struggled with the in-ground tulips last year.

Pre-chill Tulips at least 8 weeks (even 12 or 16 weeks) prior to planting. Best to plant in mid-December in Zone 9 NorCal, but mid-January is the latest time to plant pre-chilled bulbs for good results.
