Some Australian equipment: Kenworth trucks(or american of similar types). Remember we use road trains, so double semi trailers(or B doubles). Btw There is a Kenworth somewhere in the mods. We have a bit of everything tractor wise. Case, New Holland, John Deere, Massey's. All down to preference, Case is what I've generally seen and known. Toyota Hilux mod is another good one for a vehicle. Side note: the added signs to shops etc are real businesses in Australia. And maybe do the other Australian map Broadacres as a MP map?
@nickclasper96926 жыл бұрын
First time commenter - I spent many years working on big Australian such as these... John Deere. Lots of newer 8r series. Heaps of 9 series, tracked and wheeled. Case steigers. But basically anything big. Air seeders are 40ft + etc. Just the biggest and most powerful of everything. I worked for a contractor with 9 8345r and a few older ones, 2 100t field bins, 4 "normal" chaser bins. Fields were 2.5km wide x 1km long (row crop), and 55,000acres under irrigation... We were 1 of 5 contractors for the property... Our wheat field was 15km wide x 3.5km long. 45mins per pass... Go big mate, big gear. Its purely a time thing. Oh and don't forget the JD 120ft sprayers (4930 etc)! Good luck!

I have been playing this map with seasons using the Paraguay Geo, it works well as The Farm seems to be set in northern NSW or Southern QLD in the Darling Downs region, which has similar climate. Most common equipment in the region is John Deere, Case Claas, New Holland and Massey Ferguson. JCB for loaders and skid steers but rarely tractors. Less common are Deuts Farr. For harvesting Mother bins are commonly used. For base game Crops ; Sugar Beet is not grown in Australia and Potatoes are grown about 2000km south of where this map seems to be set. Poplars and Oil Seed Radish are also not grown in the area. All the other crops are commonly grown in the area

Get claas they are used mainly on larger farms and Massey ferguson and deutz fahr are mainly usd on smaller farms. Jcb are used mainly as telehandelers and excavators and those sort of machinery. You asked for input on one of our ballin Craig estate videos and here is my input. Happy to help

In terms of tractors, I have a few mates in the farming business. The most generally used brands I can think of are Case, New Holland and John Deere. Although every farmer in the country uses just about every brand of tractor on the market. Except maybe big bud... Don't think we have those here.

Get an old small tractor for the yard work. Most farms spend their money on keeping the field fleet strong, and don't have the cash to spare for a modern tractor on yard duties. There isn't much point to upgrading anyway.
