Trailer and loader capacity are best measured in volume rather than weight as each crop has different density. We usually refer to a trailer's tonnage but this technically is how much a trailer full of water would weigh. Grain and silage are denser than water I believe. In the UK, a ton is what most farmers are used to.
@ShaDow701018 жыл бұрын
If you work in kg or tons, one thing will be a lot heavier than others. For example grass and water. Grass is obviously lighter than water. That's why it's measured in liters.
@Ethan-ck6iz8 жыл бұрын
I love how the Case loader's tires squat slightly so they look like tires instead of circles in a video game. :D

@claas65048 жыл бұрын
Swap the mega for a Claas lexion 670tt as its a good mod, would also help keep soil compaction down and helps in sticky situations, the real machine is the latest version, and the largest 6 straw walker claas combine that they make. For realism stick with a smallish size header, either 7.5 or 9 meter version!
@dylanhawkins38448 жыл бұрын
speaking on the liters vs other weight measurements, in america when refering to how much somthing like a trailer holds, we work in terms of bushels in agriculture.

Daggerwin, the smallest rolland trailer is able to lift up so you can tip your silage into the bins without a conveyor belt or loader
@rickgerardts94118 жыл бұрын
They work in liters because the weight of grass and wheat for example is different, so if you work in kilogram the capacity is different if you use it with wheat or grass (or something else, these are just examples). In real life they also work in liters (here in Holland).

The wheel loader sounds like a RC car under the timelap xD xD
@aliens_exist_238 жыл бұрын
I think certain things like grain/silage/chaff etc are measured in litres because if it got wet it would weigh more so wouldn't be a true measurement of the produce. Might be wrong on that but it's how I uderstand it.

Thinking about heavy trailers, a young and inexperienced tractor driver allowed his trailer to push him into a bridge parapet cleaning it out and dumping part of his load of round straw bales in the river below. It's going to cost thousands to repair the bridge which is on a main road.

@roberturban84488 жыл бұрын
It actually shows only about 10x10 meters (or cca20x20m, can't be sure) from where you are standing. Press LALT+I to cycle through different HUD modes, so you'll see. Best way is to watch the percentages and walk over to the patch of weeds in the field, you'll see a change there. Hope it helps.
