shred the trees into chips and sell them when price is high... I load up 4 to 5 big 60 000 L trailers with chips.. I am planting trees though too.. processing lumber.. It helps to use a really heavy tractor for the wood chipper as it wants to move around a lot when operating it.. I use a quadtrac just for my wood chipper... and semi with trailers for chips..

I would consider it being okay to pickup "non purchasable land collectables" after every 120-150k. 100k might be too easy, and you would never get the ones from non purchasable land. So, call it a bonus after 120k. But only 1 per time at 120k. That way you wouldn't get all at once. Or grab more after you've made 500k

I bought the big sawmill before I got the concrete factory, and I had the concrete factory before patch 1.3 (because I was hoping they fix the pile of rubble next to it in the first patch) and I have never used a different trigger. Was there another patch before 1.3?

Jesus, just get the collectibles if you find them, the game won't become super easy just because of that. or is it because it has to be as hard as possible, in that case, I can give you few arbitrary rules, you can only drive blindfolded and are only allowed to buy stuff from from the shop when it's on sale, that will give it a nice chance mechanics and slows down progress which seems to be the point, I know! that on sale also includes seed and fertilizer, that'l slow the progress to a screeching halt, sounds super fun, do that.
