Dahi ke kabab are crisp , soft and tasty kababs with dahi / curd. I have used Amul curd for this recipe. Here's are the Ingredients used for this Recipe :
•Curd / Dahi 200 gm
•2 finely sliced onion
•Finely chopped Coriander leaves & green chillies if you want
•Salt to taste
•1 tsp chaat masala
•1/2 tsp black pepper
•1/2 tsp cumin powder
•Bread crumbs to coat
•Oil to fry
Tips :
Hang in refregerator overnight . Before making kebabs grease your hand with oil as it's bit sticky. You can refregerate for 1 hour before frying.
Enjoy this kebabs with garama garam chai.
