It's funny how your health department wants you to order packets of some of the condiments where here in NC they want me to put everything on the dog before I hand it to them because of the risk of cross contamination. Find out who delivers the buns you use from Sams and setup an account with him directly to get your buns... usually about half what you are paying in the store!

OLD FASHION "INVENTORY" control system. Inventory divided in half centers around two shelves that are stocked identically. The top shelf is utilized to create product for daily use. When the top shelf is consumed products from the lower shelf are raised up to the top shelf position & ordered. Should anything have to be ordered / shipped; the inventory stored on the lower shelf must be equal or greater than the average that are sold over the delivery period. With this method RUSH SHIP CHARGES are never required. BEST WISHES.

It’s going to be slow in the beginning don’t give up the orders is going to start kicking in after you start putting up deals as in new customer coupons that Uber eats going to give you and then that’s how you attract customers to you Uber eats site

Uber eats is just the one that is most popular here. We also have Grubhub and Doordash. I may sign up for those later if ubereats does well enough.

Im only 1 minute in. Maybe he address this concern. But how does he LEGALLY sell hotdogs out of his garage? I live in Rhode Island who is the LAST state to pass a cottage food law. But at least here only allows you to sell baked goods from home. ANYTHING that cant be left out all day...like hotdogs, requires a comercial kitchen.

As a licensed hot dog cart vendor, I am required to have a commercial kitchen agreement for storage and prep, which I've got. Because I'm a mobile food vendor, I can sell hot dogs from anywhere.
