I wanna believe this, but I can't. there is no way someone is gonna take 600 bucks and turn that into 10,000 a month selling hotdogs, unless you live in like new york where prices are jacked. I'm not trying to be hard, I just don't belive that anyone can do this. Your region is where it makes a difference. But if you are doing it that's great and I am glad it is working for you, but in the average location this is not possible in a 1 month cycle.

When I lived in New Jersey in my youth, I had a friend who became a millionaire. When I moved to California, I tried to do the same thing. EHH, wrong!! California has so many stupid regulations that I was bankrupt before I even started. So if you live in California, " hot dogging" ain't for you. In California your hot dog can't be on public road or property when conducting business. In California, your cart can't be mobile. You have to be able to find a private property that would sign a contract with you, which would allow you to station your cart there and that would be your set location for business. In California, you can't take your cart home. You have to park it in the county yard for 200 dollarsa month mandatoryrent. In California, you can't keep your inventory at home. It has to be stored at county's mandatory rental refrigerator and kitchen. Then they came up with regulations that dictated that your cart must have 4 sinks in order to obtain a health permit. That alone put most of the " hotdoggers" out of business. Because retrofitting the cart with 3 additional sinks would cost more than a new approved cart. This made it impossible for me to replicate my friends success!

Your putting all that hard work in on a very small sysyem I hope later on in these videos you put in a 10,000 gallon black holding tank, maybe into the ground?

In my city I would have to rent me a space from someones property the city doesn't allow food trucks but if it's on someone else property nothing they can do about it. I guess I would need a State, County License & City permit everyone gets their dip in i suppose?
