Hi wondering if you can help me,I have the daikin air source heat pump my bills have tripled I’m in a two bed semi detached house how would I know if the element heater is on and how would I switch off please

is their a way of setting the hot water on a timer? i only need hot water on a evening yet i assume the tank constantly keeps up to temp all day.

I have just moved into a new house and want the heating system to come on at different times to the previous householder as I work nights. How do I reset the whole system?

Have you got a room thermostat? If so you programme the times for the heating to come on and off with the room thermostat.

Ok we moved into new house we are all electric with this sort of heating system in same make it's all brand new the fitters set it up we have a control unit at bottom of stairs and the same control in the video on the boiler I have it all set up only problem is the odd night the heating is on all night and will not turn off at the controll at the bottom of the stairs so I turn temp down on the boiler desired temperature but the pump still turns over and it's extremely doing my head in with it been me my bedroom I can hear it at night any help to stop this heating doing this at night
