Hi Antonio. You have 2 options for turning the system on and off the same time every day. You can follow the steps at the start of the video, that show you in about 60 seconds how to setup a basic setting that will repeat every day (starting from 0:27 seconds mark on the video). Alternatively you can follow the steps of the more complex programming, and just setup the same start and stop setting for every day of the week. This is normally only neccesary if you want to setup a different start and stop time for every day of the week. If you would like us to email you a copy of the user manual to assist you, please send us an email at sales@dawsonhc.com.au Good luck and have a great day.

hello I have an external unit where 4 internal units are connected. on one of the internal machines quad program with weekly does not turn on the yellow light on the unit. If I do the daily programming instead, it turns on and works. On other units I don't have this problem. I tried with various remote controls. what could this problem be caused by? thank you

Hi Massimo. Can you please confirm, does the preogram still turn the system on and off, even though the timer light is not coming on? Are all the models of the indoor units exactly the same? I would expect the size to be different on some of them, but I would expect the first and last numbers of your model number, should be the same? Something I would suggest you try, is to take one of the remote controllers from another room, and use it to turn the system on or off. This will then send all the settings from the other remote controller into the problematic indoor unit. If this rectifies the problem you will likely have a fault with the originally controller. If you want to email us through a photo or written email indicating each of the indoor unit model numbers, as well as the part number on the back of each of the wireless controllers, we can look into this and ensure everything is compatible. Our email is sales@dawsonhc.com.au Thanks

When I programmed with the simple timer, it didn't program for every day, it was just a ONE SHOT program for the day I programmed it. That doesn't match what you said. Any thoughts? Thanks

Great video. I have setup the timer. How do I 1) cancel the whole timer or 2) cancel Monday times. Thanks
@dawsonhc2 жыл бұрын
Ni Nic. 1) to cancel the whole schedule, push the weekly button and the weekly symbol will disappear from the controller display. 2) to cancel an individual schedule, you can push the program button and scroll to the day of the week you would like to cancel. Push and hold the weekly button for 5 seconds and all schedules for that day of the week will be deleted. Then push the program button, ensuring the controller is facing the indoor unit, and this will save the changes. If you still require some assistance, we can send you the manual, please email sales@dawsonhc.com.au

Don’t you have to point the remote at the indoor unit and commit the program and see the LEDS start flashing or change colour? And can the 4 programs for each day, (1-4) be a turn ON and OFF?
@dawsonhc3 жыл бұрын
Hi Graham, Yes the remote will need to be pointed in the direction of the indoor unit. It's best to stand close to the unit and point it at the receiver on the right hand side. Regarding your programming question. Yes each of the 4 programs can be either ON or OFF. For example the use of (ON-ON-ON-ON) allows the system to continually run, while scheduling operating mode and set temperature changes. Furthermore by using (OFF-OFF-OFF-OFF) settings, only the turn off time each day can be set. This will turn off the air conditioner automatically if you forget to turn it off. You can also use a mixture of these for Example (ON-OFF-ON-OFF) to run mornings and afternoons and then turn completely off at night; or ON-OFF-ON-ON (to run mornings, afternoons and stay on at a different temperature set point at night. We hope this helps. Have a great day.
